Location and Accommodations
The 2013 Airports Conference will be held at the Hershey Lodge in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Detailed travel information is available on the Hershey Lodge website at www.hersheylodge.com.
Accommodations
A block of rooms for conference participants has been reserved at the Hershey Lodge. Only online and phone reservations will be accepted. A dedicated website has been created for Airports Conference participants to make or modify hotel reservations.
All reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis until the block of rooms has been filled. Reservation requests received after the block has been filled, or received after February 17, 2013, will be accepted on a space-available basis only. The room block does fill quickly; we recommend making your reservations early. Please click on the link to make your hotel reservations.
Ample parking is available at the Hershey Lodge. There is no charge for parking.
The Hershey Lodge will provide airport transportation from Harrisburg International Airport, if you notify them in advance. Please call the Hershey Lodge at 800-437-7439 or

If you plan to travel to Hershey by public transportation, we urge you to make your room reservation early so that you will be able to stay at the Hershey Lodge. If you stay at a hotel
other than the Hershey Lodge, be sure to arrange your daily transportation, since no shuttle services to the convention center will be available.
