Cost and Registration

Registration is now open for spring 2009 courses.

You need to register separately for each workshop in this series; enrollment in one course does not automatically register you for subsequent courses.

Noncredit Option

Fee: The $100 fee covers all instruction, program materials, refreshment breaks, and lunches. *A fee of $25 will be added to all noncredit enrollments submitted two weeks or less, prior to workshop date.

How to register: You can register online or by mailing the printable registration form (with a check, money order, purchase order, or letter of authorization from your employer or sponsoring organization).

Credit card payment can be accepted only with online registration.

Credit Option

Fee: $830 ($616 tuition for 1 credit, $75 Technology fee, $23 Activity fee, $16 Facility fee, $100 Course Fee). This course fee covers all instruction, program materials, refreshment breaks, and lunches.

NOTE: The Technology, Activity, and Facility fees are charged only once per semester, so if you register for more than one course for credit, the second course fee will be $616, instead of $830.

The University reserves the right to revise the schedule of tuition and charges without further notice. For more information on tuition, visit http://tuition.psu.edu/.

Are you currently enrolled as a graduate (degree or nondegree) student?
If no, then go to Step A.
If yes, then go to Step B.

Step A: Complete Penn State’s Graduate School Online Application form, found at http://www.gradsch.psu.edu/prospective/apply.html. You must apply online (electronically) before you may register for this program. Do NOT use the printable version of the form.

Step B: Are you resuming study after an absence of one or more semesters (not counting a summer session)?
If yes, then go to Step C.
If no, then go to Step D.

Step C: Complete a Resume Study/Change of Degree or Major form before registering for this program. Go to http://www.gradsch.psu.edu/current/current.html.
