The Outreach Office of Client Development (OCD) builds and advances strategic relationships between employers and Penn State in order to generate revenue for Penn State and help working adults reach their fullest potential.

We act as a:

  • broker--providing clients with seamless access to Penn State resources
  • catalyst--bringing about internal change to better serve our clients
  • partner--shaping and implementing Outreach's strategic initiatives

Each of the OCD staff members came to Penn State with a wealth of experience in the corporate sales environment.

Through a proven consultative process, a Penn State client development manager partners with a client to identify education, training, and organizational development needs and then builds a Penn State team to design a customized solution. Our goal is to provide each client with seamless service and easy access to the Penn State resources needed to ensure that the organization/business meets its goals.
