“Outreach is a standard component of our operations. Faculty members in the dietetics programs are committed on a full-time basis to those programs and to outreach. In working with clients, faculty members develop materials that become part of their resident instruction and research programs.”
—Dr. Robert D. Lee
Professor of Hotel, Restaurant and Recreation Management and Public Administration

“Many of our faculty members have engaged in outreach activities in order to enhance their scholarship. These activities give faculty access to test beds for their research, data sets to manipulate and sabbatical opportunities.
