Cooperative Extension in
Philadelphia County honored


During the seventh annual Business and Community Excellence Tribute ceremony, Julie Fabsik-Swarts, Cooperative Extension director for Philadelphia County, accepts a plaque honoring her organization’s contributions to the region’s quality of life from Ray Bunch of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.
Penn State Cooperative Extension, Philadelphia County, is the recipient of a Community Excellence Tribute award from the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and the Philadelphia Area Council for Excellence. The award honors Cooperative Extension’s “dedication to shaping the region into a better place to live and to work.”

Julie Fabsik-Swarts, Cooperative Extension director for Philadelphia County, accepted the award during the seventh annual Business and Community Excellence Tribute ceremony.
