Dr. Claudia K. Probart, associate professor of nutrition at Penn State, is an outreach advocate. Her goal is to find effective education methods for delivering nutrition knowledge to people so they can use it to improve their lives. Thousands of adults and children in Pennsylvania and around the nation are benefiting from her nutrition research initiatives.
