The Pennsylvania Department of Education’s Bureau of Special Education has announced the availability of student scholarships for the 2013 Pennsylvania Low Incidence Institute.
A limited number of scholarships are available to qualifying attendees of the 2013 Pennsylvania Low Incidence Institute. Please apply early and include complete information for a timely response.

| How: | Interested students and recent graduates should download the application form. To qualify, you must show evidence that you are a current student or recent (2013) graduate at a Pennsylvania college or university, with a major in special education, education of the visually impaired or hearing impaired, or related professions. A letter of recommendation from a university professor or his or her signature on the form is also required. |
