Learn English

The IECP English language school helps students learn English as a foreign language in an intensive program at The Pennsylvania State University (Penn State). With experienced teachers of English to speakers of other languages (TESL) and small classes composed of persons from many different countries, you can learn English quickly. And you can experience American culture through activities outside class.

If you want to:

  • learn English in order to study at Penn State or another U.S. university or college
  • learn English while on a break from your university at home or
  • learn English for your career in the United States or at home,

Ann Frentzen we hope you will choose the Penn State Intensive English Communication Program to learn English in the United States.

Ann Frentzen
Director, IECP

The IECP English language school does not commission agents. You do not need to hire an agent to apply for admission.
