* Create Friends of Penn State Account now:
  1. Log on to https://fps.psu.edu.
  2. Click on “Create an Account” on the top of the page.
  3. Complete the information boxes about yourself (gender, name, address, etc. as indicated).
  4. Create a password for your account.
  5. Select a question to help you remember your password and type in the answer.
  6. Click on the “Submit” button.
This is the account you will use to accept your housing contract when it is offered to you. Remember your account ID and password for your future use.

When we receive this document, we will e-mail you instructions for completing your housing agreement. You will be required to make payment in full prior to receiving a room on campus. You will have the option to send a check or money order (drawn on a U.S. bank), use a credit card or wire funds as payment. Instructions will follow with the e-mail. If you are sponsored by an Embassy or an employer, it is your responsibility to request payment from them. The IECP Office can help you with this process.
