This institute will explore current tax developments and planning opportunities relating to mergers and acquisitions. The speakers will include nationally recognized corporate tax specialists and top Treasury and IRS officials. The program will start on Wednesday evening with a panel entitled "Basic M&A Tax Rules" and will continue on Thursday and Friday with an in-depth look at a full range of issues, including:
