This year's theme is "Managing Supply Chain Complexity."

Mark your calendars for the 18th Annual R. Hadly Waters Supply Chain Symposium - Managing Supply Chain Complexity on Thursday, April 24, 2008, at The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel, on the Penn State University Park campus, in State College, Pennsylvania.

With the explosion of information availability and rapid expansion of global markets, it is easy to understand why supply chains are increasingly complex. Topics will include:

  • Building resiliency in global supply sources
  • Managing product proliferation
  • Minimizing complexity of extended supply chains
  • Aligning performance measures among stakeholders
