Exhibitors
We invite you to participate as an exhibitor. If you wish to exhibit, please review the following information:
7:30–8:00 a.m., Exhibit setup and registration
4:30–5:00 p.m., Dismantle exhibits
The exhibition fee is $95 per booth and includes one six-foot-wide draped table, one chair, vendor sign, name badge, workshop attendee list, conference materials, coffee break, and lunch for one exhibitor. Exhibitors will be responsible for providing all other materials and equipment. Self-supporting display stands and equipment should fit within the confines of the table. Conference participants will have registration time, breaks, and lunchtime to browse the exhibits, and they will receive information about your exhibit.

To register, please complete the enclosed Exhibitor Registration Form and the Agreement for Exhibitors and fax or mail along with your payment. Receipt of your payment and booth assignment will be acknowledged by e-mail.
For effective planning, your Exhibitor Registration Form, signed Agreement for Exhibitors, and payment should be received at Penn State no later than January 18, 2007. Refunds will be issued for cancellation if notification is received in writing at least fifteen working days prior to the first day of the conference. Send written notice by fax to 814-863-5190 or e-mail to ConferenceInfo1@outreach.psu.edu. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations.
The University may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances or conditions. If a program is canceled or postponed, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
