LOCATION AND ACCOMMODATIONS
The symposium program will begin at 8:00 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2009. The program will be held at The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel, one of the largest university-based conference center hotels of its kind in the country. The Penn Stater, part of Penn State's Innovation Park, features recently renovated rooms, extensive meeting facilities, and excellent restaurants.
Participants are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements. A limited number of rooms have been set aside at the conference location. Call or fax The Penn Stater to make your room reservation. Be sure to identify yourself as a participant in the Hadly Waters Supply Chain Symposium. Please give the registration clerk the following reservation identification number: HAD0422. Reservations should be made at least thirty days prior to the start of the conference.
