Exhibitor Information

The conference will feature a major exhibition of industry products and services. Exhibit booths, located adjacent to the general session room, will showcase the newest developments.

Exhibit booth set-up is from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 31, in President's Hall. All exhibit items are to be removed by 3:30 p.m., Friday, November 2.

Drayage Information and Order Form

All shipment of exhibit materials to the conference location must be via Penn State Exposition Services, Inc. (see drayage order forms and information below). Pick-up of materials by any company other than Rodeway (used exclusively by Penn State Exposition Services, Inc.) must be arranged directly by the exhibitor, as described in the freight and shipping policies below.
