Technology Integration Certificate for K–12 Educators for Tomorrow (TICKET)

Program Policies

Applicants must have the following qualifications for admission into the program:

• bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• teaching certification

Time Limit for Completion
Because of the integrated nature of this program and the rapidly changing nature of technology, the TICKET program must be completed within three years from the date of admission to the program. 

Credit for Prior Course Work
Applicants for the certificate who have previously taken courses in the TICKET program within two years of application will, with appropriate documentation, receive credit for those courses. 

Course Substitution
Students who have satisfactorily completed courses equivalent to the core courses may, with University approval, substitute these courses. However, students will be required to take elective courses to meet the Penn State 15-credit minimum requirement.
