Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership
The bachelor's degree program in organizational leadership offers you the flexibility of taking courses at convenient times at a campus location near you, on the Web, or in a combination of the two delivery methods. This blended program is offered at campuses throughout the state.

Certificate in Labor Studies and Industrial Relations
Improve your knowledge of factors that affect employee-employer relationships by taking courses on a range of subjects, including employment law, collective bargaining, and workplace diversity. You can apply the credits earned in this 12-credit certificate program toward the bachelor's degree in organizational leadership.

Certificate in Organizational Communication
Add value to your organization by improving internal and external communications or prepare to move into a new career as a communications professional by enrolling in this 12-credit certificate program. The credits you earn in this program can be applied toward the bachelor's degree in organizational leadership.
