Pro/ENGINEER® Wildfire™, or Pro/E as it is commonly named, is one of the most sophisticated and powerful solid modeling programs available. In ENGR 497B you can gain knowledge of — and apply — solid modeling theory to design problems using Pro/ENGINEER® software. You will also prototype your design in the lab. Work periods for projects will be incorporated throughout the course. All classes will be hands-on in the computer lab and rapid prototyping lab during convenient evening hours.

Who should attend

Those already working in engineering, or in an engineering-related field, can enhance existing skills or add additional skills to their qualifications; those looking to enter the field can develop skills that could prove to be a competitive edge.
