Now more than ever, employers look for educated employees who have the skills needed for success in today’s dynamic business environment. In fact, the Department of Education reports that persons working in business and financial operations earn, on average, 79% more than persons in other occupations. If you have an associate degree or if you have completed courses toward the degree, the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Business can help you develop the knowledge and business skills needed for career advancement or new employment opportunities.
Each fall, a cohort of students is admitted into this 20-month, accelerated Saturday program. All 60+ credits in business are offered on Saturdays, with two business courses presented every seven weeks. Prior to the 8th term, students will schedule either the Electives or Internship track after consultation with and approval from their local BSB program coordinator.
The courses are delivered in a highly interactive manner, allowing you to bring your own work experiences to the classroom. Because the courses are accelerated, each course also includes an online learning component. (Learn more about Penn State’s Video Learning Network.)
