Degrees
Educators and persons employed in business and many other fields rely on the high quality and consistency of the Penn State graduate credit and professional development courses delivered at the Northern Tier Center. Penn State Wilkes-Barre offers eight baccalaureate and six associate degree programs and the first two years of Penn State's more than 160 bachelor's degree programs.
