Penn State Berks is located near Reading on 258 acres of land in Spring Township in Wyomissing County. Penn State Brandywine is located four miles west of Media and twenty miles west of Philadelphia. Penn State DuBois in Clearfield is located in the PA CareerLink office on Linden Street, Clearfield. The office provides access to Penn State DuBois courses and credit certificate and degree programs at a convenient community location.

Penn State DuBois in St. Marys, located in the Mariendstadt Building, offers courses for three degree programs to help adults complete their degree in a small adult-friendly environment.

Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, is located one mile from the Wesleyville exit (32) on I-90. The college offers programs for professional development and for the master of business administration, master of project management, thirty-two baccalaureate degrees, and six associate degrees. Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus, is located along Route US 119 between Uniontown and Connellsville, approximately forty-five minutes south of Pittsburgh. Penn State Harrisburg is located off Exit 287 on the Pennsylvania Turnpike (PA 247), in Middletown. Penn State Lehigh Valley is located off of Route 309 in Center Valley. The campus offers programs for five baccalaureate degrees and three associate degrees and courses for the first two years of more than 160 bachelor's degree programs. Professional development programs are offered at the technology-enhanced Penn State Lehigh Valley Corporate Learning Center, just north of Route 22 on Route 512 in Bethlehem.

Penn State Mont Alto is located twenty-two miles west of Gettysburg. The campus offers programs for professional development and for eight associate degrees and four baccalaureate degrees. Penn State New Kensington is located approximately twenty-five miles northeast of Pittsburgh.
