Ethnography Questionnaire for Cinema-L (Phase II)

Thanks for volunteering to participate in this survey! There are no "correct" answers to the questions below. What I want to know is your opinion.

Please be assured that your identity (your name and/or e-mail address) will not ever be revealed in connection with your responses to any of these questions.

If I choose to use quotes in my study, I will use pseudonyms for all respondents. Please feel free to answer all of the following questions honestly and in as much detail as you want to. If there's any question you don't understand, e-mail me at afc1@cde.psu.edu and I'll be happy to explain. If you want to add comments about any additional items related to the use of electronic mail that are not covered on this questionnaire, by all means, please feel free to add them!
