Teacher Training

Providing Quality Environmental Education Training for You or Your Staff

Shaver's Creek Environmental Center is much more than a place to bring your students for educational experiences in the outdoors. Shaver's Creek is also an excellent training resource for teachers. As a Penn State outreach resource, we are your partners in educational success. We offer in-service workshops and the ability to customize a training program for your group.

All of the custom-contracted or regularly scheduled workshops are an excellent addition to your own in-service training. They will provide a perfect time to share resources, exchange activities, and work on teambuilding with your own faculty and staff. Invite us to your location, or come to Shaver's Creek to enjoy training in our outdoor setting.
