Maple Harvest Festival and Pancake Buffet at Shaver's Creek

Learn how to identify and tap sugar maple trees and visit the Sugar Shack to see sap being turned into syrup!

Watch costumed interpreters demonstrate sugaring techniques used by Native Americans, pioneers, and modern-day farmers

Festival and pancake breakfast—$8 for age 6 and up; Members $4
Organic sausage provided by Penn State's Sustainable Agriculture Club: $2
Members of Shaver's Creek are welcome to a free member's breakfast on Sunday from 9:30–11 a.m.
