Check Your E-mail!We frequently receive questions from students indicating that they are not receiving important e-mails from Penn State. When we investigate these instances, we almost always find that the student is not checking his/her Penn State e-mail account (e.g., xxx123@psu.edu). This is the only e-mail account that Penn State will use when communicating official University business with you. Please check your Penn State e-mail account regularly—or have your Penn State e-mail auto-forwarded to the e-mail account that you use most frequently (e.g., Yahoo!, AOL). Simply visit http://www.work.psu.edu/ and click on the "Change your e-mail forwarding address" link under Directory Services in the right-hand column.
