Application Fee

All applicants must pay a $75 application fee. This fee is nonreturnable and does not apply to IECP tuition. Please send a check made payable to The Pennsylvania State University for the IECP English language school application fee with your application.

IECP Tuition Refund Policy

If a student withdraws from the program, a tuition refund will be made according to the following schedule.

Summer Term
Withdrawal during the:
	1st week of classes	70% of tuition
	2nd week of classes	40% of tuition
	3rd week of classes	10% of tuition
	4th–8th week of classes	no refund of tuition

Fall and Spring Terms
Withdrawal during the:
	1st week of classes	80% of tuition
	2nd week of classes	60% of tuition
	3rd week of classes	40% of tuition
	4th week of classes	20% of tuition
	5th week of classes	10% of tuition
	6th–15th week of classes	no refund of tuition

Notification of withdrawal should be made in writing and delivered to the IECP office. The date that the written notification is received by the IECP will determine which part of the schedule above applies.

The $75 application fee is nonrefundable.

If a student is expelled from the program, no tuition will be refunded.
