Wild Pennsylvania
Pennsylvanians enjoys a rich natural
heritage. Wild Pennsylvania is a television series produced by WPSX-TV.
The series highlights some of the wildlife species that live in
our state, as well as several of the specific habitats in Pennsylvania
within which wildlife dwell. Wild Pennsylvania also celebrates some
of the positive ways that Pennsylvanians are working to benefit
wildlife.
The purpose of the educational component
for Wild Pennsylvania is to provide additional resources to help

educators to teach about the environment and ecology specific to
Pennsylvania, while simultaneously helping them to meet the new
state standards.
