KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Secretary of Transportation to be Keynote Speaker
We are very pleased to announce that Pennsylvania Secretary of Transportation Allen D. Biehler, P.E., will deliver the keynote speech at lunch on Wednesday, December 7, as we start the second decade of the Transportation Engineering and Safety Conference. Penn State President Graham Spanier will address the conference and introduce Secretary Biehler.
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The 2005 Transportation Engineering and Safety Conference promises to provide important information for today's transportation professionals throughout Pennsylvania, the mid-Atlantic region, and the nation. Transportation experts will speak on a variety of current issues. The forum is designed to foster discussion and interaction between the presenters and the audience and advance the knowledge of transportation professionals. Optional, preconference workshops will be offered for more in-depth coverage of selected topics.
The conference will consist of four-track concurrent sessions, a transportation technology exhibition, and optional professional workshops. The four tracks will provide a wide range of transportation topics, with significant depth in each session. The Transportation Engineering and Safety Conference will hold something for all transportation professionals.
