To ensure that you will receive a registration brochure, please
complete the information request
form.
Registration fees cover all sessions, breakfasts, lunches, and
materials on January 31 and February 1, as well as the networking
reception on January 30. Tours carry an additional charge; see the
registration form for details. Registrants are responsible for all
other meals and lodging. To register, complete the registration
form and return with the fee to Penn State by January 9, 2003. Fax
registrations must be accompanied by credit card payment information.
Once registered for the conference, you will be mailed confirmation
materials, including transportation and parking information.
Refunds
All cancellations must be received in writing by mail or fax. Full
refunds will be made for cancellations received by January 9, 2003.
Refund requests made after that time will not be honored, and the
participant or sponsoring organization will be responsible for the
fee. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
Accreditation
Accreditation may be available for certain professions. Send an e-mail

Cancellation--The University may cancel or postpone any course
or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen
circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the University
will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any
other related costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change
charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. |
