Fee and Registration
Fee: The $200 fee covers all instruction, program materials, refreshment breaks, lunches, and reception. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.
Deadline: All advance registrations for this conference were to be received by 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on May 31. This deadline has passed. Advance registrations will no longer be accepted. On-site registration (additional $30 walk-in fee applies) will be available at the Bethesda Hyatt Regency on Monday, June 5, from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m., only.
Confirmation: We will confirm your enrollment in the program and provide additional information on final registration. You will be notified promptly of any cancellations or schedule or program changes.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued for cancellation if we receive your notification in writing at least fifteen working days prior to the first day of the conference. Send your written notice by fax to 814-863-5190 or by e-mail to ConferenceInfo1@outreach.psu.edu. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
Cancellations: The University may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the University will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other related costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
