Fee and Registration
Fee: The fee covers all instruction, program materials, refreshment breaks, lunches, and Saturday evening dinner. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.
$345 registration fee by July 1
$395 registration fee after July 1
$195 full-time student registration fee by July 1
$245 full-time student registration fee after July 1
$150 one-day regular registration fee
$125 one-day full-time student registration fee
$350 exhibitor fee (includes one representative on-site)
$150 exhibitor fee (unmanned display—See Exhibitor page for separate registration form.)

$50 Tour: Fallingwater, Kentuck Knob, and the Flight 93 Memorial
$25 Tour: Plummer Hollow Nature Preserve
$25 Tour: The Cultural Landscape of the Ridge and Valley Region
$25 Tour: Eco/Sustainability
Registration: You can register by mailing or faxing the printable registration form or by submitting the online registration form. Fax registration must be accompanied by your credit card information.
Deadline: All registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST of August 9, 2007. After this date, please check this Web site for information about on-site check-in, or call the conference planner at 814-863-5100; if space permits, you may register for an additional $30.
Confirmation: The conference planner will confirm your enrollment and provide additional information. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will get a full refund of your registration fee, however, the University cannot be held responsible for any other related costs including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
Refunds: If your request to withdraw is received at least fifteen working days prior to the first day of the conference, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request (to the attention of John Farris) by fax to 814-863-5190 or by e-mail to ConferenceInfo1@outreach.psu.edu. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
