Note: The conference will be two full days.
Fee and Registration
Fee: The fee covers the program supplies, Monday reception, Tuesday and Wednesday buffet breakfasts and luncheons, Tuesday reception and banquet, and all refreshment breaks.
Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.
Registration: Advance registration is essential for effective planning. You can register online or by mailing the printable registration form with a check, money order,
purchase order, or letter of authorization from your employer or sponsoring organization. Please return the conference registration form no later than February 25, 2008.
Credit card payment can be accepted only with online registration.
Advance registration has ended; however you may register for this program on-site.
Deadline: All registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST on March 10, 2008. After this date, if space permits, you may be able to register for an additional $30.
Confirmation: The conference planner will confirm your enrollment and provide additional information. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will get a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any other related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
Refunds: If your request to withdraw is received by February 25, 2008, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by fax to 814-863-5190 or by e-mail to ConferenceInfo1@outreach.psu.edu. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
On-site Registration: On-site registration for the preconference will be held on Monday, March 17, from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. Conference registration will be held on Monday, March 17, from 1:30 to 7:30 p.m., and on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, March 18 and 19, from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m., at the registration area in the Great Lobby.
Hershey Lodge Room Reservation: The room reservation form should be sent in early — directly to the Hershey Lodge. This form may be duplicated for additional reservations. All reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis until the block of rooms has been filled. Reservation requests received after the block has been filled, or received after February 16, will be accepted on a space-available basis only.
