PLEASE NOTE: ALL BOOTHS ARE NOW TAKEN. Thank you for your interest in exhibiting for the 2008 Annual Airport Conference.  If you would like to receive information when it is available for exhibiting at the 2009 Airport Conference, please e-mail Kathy Liebrum at kkl5@outreach.psu.edu

Due to popular demand, exhibitor booths have been added to the hallway outside of the ballroom. Please note that hallway booths cannot be secured; exhibitors will be responsible for locking up their materials each evening. Receptions and breaks are held in the exhibit hall; hallway booths will be outside this area. 

The exhibits will be open from 5:00 p.m. on Monday through 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Monday and Tuesday receptions and all refreshment breaks will be held in the exhibit area. Please contact Nancy Eckard or Kathy Liebrum to receive a complete exhibitor packet, or download both the Rileighs packet (PDF) and the exhibitor packet (PDF).

Note: Exhibit space cannot be reserved without payment in full. We cannot hold booths without payment.
