Dear Potential Exhibitor or Sponsor: Do you wish representatives from your company could talk to more than 500 engineers, planners, designers, and safety specialists at the same place? By taking part in the 12th annual Transportation Engineering and Safety Conference, Pennsylvania's premier transportation conference, you can do just that. People who attend this conference, many of whom are decision makers, rely on this opportunity to meet informally with exhibitors to learn about the latest products and technology. That's a sales opportunity you don't want to miss. Your company can be highlighted in one of two ways: as an exhibitor and/or as a sponsor. As a sponsor, your company will be recognized as a supporter, and you will be able to place an ad in the conference program at no additional cost. There are three sponsorship levels: Platinum ($5,000), Gold ($1,000), and Silver ($500). With the Platinum sponsorship you can design and present a session on a topic of your choice that fits the conference agenda. Detailed information about all three levels is included on this Web site. As an exhibitor, you'll receive two complimentary registrations, including lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, an 8’ x 10’ display area with a 6’ x 2’ skirted table, and two chairs. Exhibit spaces will be open from Wednesday, December 6, at 10:00 a.m. through Thursday, December 7, at 5:00 p.m. To help increase traffic to the exhibitor area, we will be holding a raffle. Participants will have a chance to win prizes when they visit your booth to get their raffle ticket validated. A reception on Wednesday evening will give you even more access to potential customers. To maximize exposure for a few select organizations, we have added new high visibility space in the conference center lobby and outside the building, available on a first-come, first-served basis. The conference will be held from December 6 to 8, 2006, at The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel on the University Park campus in State College, Pennsylvania. More than 100 transportation experts will give presentations on current trends and new technologies. In addition, there will be technical workshops beforehand that provide concise, practical training for professionals at all levels. The preliminary schedule has been posted on this Web site, and updated information will be available in August at www.pti.psu.edu/mautc. Registering as an exhibitor and/or sponsor is easy. All the necessary forms and contact information are on this Web site. Thank you for your consideration, and I hope to see you at the conference. Sincerely, | ||
