TEAM BUILDING: The Key to Excellence

July 19-22, 2004
The Nittany Lion Inn
State College, Pennsylvania

The Penn State School Food Service Institute 2004 will help you and your organization find the keys to unlock your individual potential and your team's promise for creating a rejuvenated and successful school food service program. The sessions are designed specifically for directors, managers, head cooks, cooks, and production staff. You will also be introduced to team-building activities for unifying your work group and taking your child nutrition program to a new level of excellence.

This year's institute will include dynamic keynote presenters who are experts in the field as well as experienced team builders. The speakers, including a number of experienced Pennsylvania school food service directors and some favorite speakers from past institutes, will share useful information on how to build teams and operate excellent child nutrition programs. In addition, hands-on activities and workshops will provide attendees with keys for successful team building.
