Penn State Outreach partners with business and industry, providing the resources they need to compete and grow in today’s ever-changing global marketplace. We put companies in touch with the educational opportunities to train their workforce, develop leaders, solve problems, and plan for the future. Whether it involves helping someone transform an idea into a viable product, providing one-on-one technical assistance, or implementing research-based employee training tailored to a company’s needs, Penn State Outreach programs can serve as a catalyst, facilitator, and collaborator. As we help companies and employees become more successful, we assist in improving local economies and fostering the well-being of communities, regions and beyond.
